Handy wrenches to have. I found out after buying these, that Harbor Frieght sells a set of 4 wrenches (either SAE or Metric) for 40% less.

Your toolbox is probably full of many different type of wrenches so you are thinking "why would I need a flared nut wrench? Well, if you are dealing with fuel or hydraulic lines you need a flare nut wrench. Sure, you can manage to loosen and tighten those fittings with an open end wrench but the risk of slipping off the fitting is greater. These wrenches will not be used as often as a regular open end but you will be thankful you have them when you easily loosen and tighten flared fittings. The Craftsman wrenches are comparable to any off of the tool trucks in quality but at a better price. Never a problem, wrenches always fit perfectly. The original Craftsman finish is more serviceable than the high-polish finish Craftsman has to offer to compete with the tool trucks. I always look for the largest Craftsman sets offered. Yes, this four wrench set has a better price point. But the larger set will save you money in the long run. I may not need all of the sizes offered when I buy the set but I know that buying that one individual wrench I never thought I would need individually will cost almost as much as the whole set. The flared tube nuts that rounded off was not because of these wrenches, they were just rotted away. The solid ones came off great. I have used these wrenches now for MANY different jobs and they good solid wrenches!! Feel secure in your purchase. I own both the metric and the SAE both work great.
