Bought the 40 amp cordless Craftsman lawn mover.....Love it!.....my only complaint is I wish it came with two 4Ah 40 volt batteries instead of one 4Ah and one 2Ah batteries.
I had read the reviews on this mower and thought they were too good to be true! I have used it a few times and still I am surprised how well the mower performs. It is very easy to handle and the battery lasts an hour for me. Enough time for me to finish the job! This machine is all that I would ever need. I am very happy that I made the purchase!
This is a great lawnmower. After a few charges, the batteries last a lot longer than with the first charge. The lawnmower cuts very well and is light in weight compared to other battery powered lawnmowers. It is easy to maneuver around the yard. Uses no gas, or oil. Better for the environment.

Pros: Light weight, 20 in. cut, easy for woman to handle, bagger very easy to put on and off. Cons: Two batteries which need to be charged separately unless you have two chargers. Batteries different thicknesses, one easy to remove other a bit difficult. Charge not lasting very long and not able to tell how full the charge is. Recommend: Not really, it's OK but I'd think there are better ones and sorry I didn't take it back within the two week trial. Sorry.
Worth the money. Easy to store, extremely quiet and lightweight. Only use one battery for small spaces. Father's Day gift for my husband. He loves it.

Purchased earlier this year and used on an average sized suburban turf lawn. Both batteries required to mow about 2000 sq.ft. of lawn. As lawn is over twice that size, mowing takes all day with charging or have to mow over 2 days. Not very convenient... Mower should have come with 2 4A instead of 1 4A and 1 2A. To rectify this I wanted to purchase another 4A battery. For the past month the 4A has been not available anywhere in the Chicago area. I bought this based on reviews saying it could mow an average 5000 sq.ft. lawn on the included batteries. It fails quite badly at that metric. The lack of availability of 4A batteries is very strange and quite poor logistics planning on Sears' part. Having used corded mowers for over 25 years, my first foray into cordless mowers is quite disappointing.
I was looking for a quality mower that was not loud. This was it! Works like a charm, just remember to keep the batteries in a cooler area and not in a hot garage in the summer.
It was very easy to use. Lightweight and easy to push. The batteries are hard to remove from mower for a women. If a man was removing the batteries it would be no problem for them. I would recommend it to friends in fact everyone has asked me how I like it and I always say great !!!
