This set have all the necessary sizes I need. These Flex Sockets really work on those tight spaces where you need that flex. Great value compared with other top brands. Great warranty too.

Excellant price, great set, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a complete flex socket set. Set came with one socket being the wrong size, called to report the problem and received replacement in about 4 days, great service.

A few sizes I may never use, but the ones I do use come in mighty handy.

Wow, every size of flex socket in two different drive sizes. This must be what everybody needs. Well, maybe and maybe not. I think there is too much duplication in sizes. Flex sockets are something that every mechanic seems to just "have to have." I worked on aircraft for years and had flex sockets in both 1/4 drive and 3/8 drive. I found I hardly used them, I often had to invent reasons to use. And I found that I used only about 1/3 the number of sizes that were in each set. Usually, I could just approach an item that needed to be removed from a different angle and not need the universal. Where a universal was the best/only solution, I found the six point sockets were much more reliable. Because of the universal joint, these sockets tend to rotate off the fasteners rather easily. The Craftsman universals are the best buy in this tool. They are comparable in quality to what you will find on the more-expensive tool trucks. "Sacramento" Bruce Conklin

This set has many flex socket sizes that can not be bought in smaller sets or individually. Although a lot of people may ask why you could possibly want a set of sockets like this, I can tell you that sometimes it's the only way to reach. One such instance was the 12 pt bolt on the caliper for my project car. Too short a space for even a stubby wrench, and not enough room to turn the bolt far enough to make progress even holding the wrench at a wierd angle which made it slip off. These sockets are awesome. I bought this set once I realized I couldn't get them all, and needed a few sizes that were the non-open stock available, so although I had a smaller set I bought this set when Sears had an online only sale day. Glad I did.

Very complete set, and very reasonably priced. Snap on set would cost $1200.
