Overall

Ongoing problem

I have replaced the Deck Drive Belt on my craftsman tractor 3 times this season alone. When I approached the store manager, her first comment was that I should have purchased the extended warranty. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. By the way the tractor is only 2 months out of warranty. Over the years I have been a big supporter of Sears products and have made many purchases there from the automotive dept to family photos every year. This will absolutely be the final purchase that I ever make with Sears. Too bad. Another example of the extinction of American Service.
