For the price I was expecting a lot more from this item. First, it does not have any type of storage/carrying case. I do not know how Sears expects you to store 52 sockets with no case. Also, they are shipped in plastic bags with 13 in each bag. So naturally with all the clanging and rubbing together they arrived damaged. To top it all off, both standard sets do not include the 20mm socket, nor do they sell the 20mm socket individually so the set can be completed. I know it clearly does not list or show the 20mm sockets, but what sence does it make to go from 19mm to 21mm? This set is not sold in stores so I can't just take it back. I would highly recommend looking for a different set.
