As far as the tools go, I got what I was supposed to. The box however does not have the molded places for the tools, it is just a box, tools roll around. I would have rather had the molded box. It would be great if you could send me the molded box. I would give 5 stars for that. It was disappointing when it arrived with just a box. UPDATE, I reordered the set again, and again it is not what the picture is. The picture shows the tools being held in place, the box I received does not have the molded tool places.

Craftsman tools MINUS the tray to keep them organized and neat. Not as pictured at all. Tools are in plastic bags and just roll all over in the carrying case. Was suppose to be a gift.

I love Craftsman tools and got a great price on this 52 piece socket set purchased online. I placed the order 10 days before Christmas and opted for the free shipping to the store. I gave the product a low rating because of my customer experience and quality of the product. My email order confirmation informed me that I would be notified when the order was availabe to pickup. I never received this notification. Out of frustration I went directly to the store to see if it had arrived and indeed it had been there for 3 days. It had arrived to the store in 5 days. The product itself came in a medium sized cardboard box. The socket set was not assemblied; that is, the sockets and wrenches were in a separate box in a loose fashion. The carry case did not have a molded tray/organizer to place each tool. This is contrary to the product image which I based my purchasing decision. After a quick call to the Sears support line, I was told that I would have to return the item and re-order the set if I wanted to attempt to get a tray/organizer. They do not ship the tray/organizer separately from the set. The news was disappointing at best since it would involve presenting the item as an incomplete gift followed by returning it to the store to be exchanged for another which would take an unknown amount of time to receive.
