The Craftsman 54 pc. speed-lok power driving set is a very good assortment for the price paid. The peices are great along with the case they come in. There is an assortment of 1 in to 2 in bits as well as nutsetters. Also has many small bits for just about everthing you need for household projects. I comes with a quick connector and a very nive magnetic bit holder. This set is good cause when you have a project that has many different screws this case has them all and you can bring them all to the project.
I purchased the 54 Piece Craftsman Power Driving Set for Christmas. I made the mistake of ordering it online for an instore pick up. The first day my husband used it (which was 1 week after purchase and 3 days after Christmas) the bits started breaking after one use. My husband tried to return it to exchange it for a different set, and the store refused to return it or exchange it. I called the Sears 800 number to inquire why when it was with in 30 days of purchase and they were obviously defective. They stated they do no return opened product even if it is defective. I was hung up on 3 times and finally went to the online chat to where after 30 minutes with them, stated they would email me a return to factor shipping label and would refund me the money after receipt of product. That was a week ago and I have yet to receive this product. I purchased my husband over 500.00 in Craftman tools for Christmas this year because of the name and my father always purchased Craftman. I asked if this was going to be the policy of all the tools I purchased and the representative said yes. I will never again buy a Craftsman tool hand tool or power. Nor will I purchase from Sears again. This is why they are going out of business, poor return policies and lack of character when it comes to backing the product they sell.

Great little kit for the price (got it on sale). I wish the easy lock had a better spring action to it (like an air compressor connection), but it works (with bits designed to be locked, not just straight bits).

I ?m a Craftsman tool supporter of thirty plus years, and I don?t make a habit of writing reviews, however I felt compelled to do so. In the past few years the quality of the Craftsman line has dramatically degraded. And this set is just another example. The case is really sturdy and well organized. The bits are of average quality while the quick change chuck is so poorly made that the bit barley stays in it. I have four other quick change chucks from various manufactures including HF, and all are far superior to the one in this set. I bought this set at half off the normal price, if full price would have been paid I would have returned it for a refund. This is just another reason SEARS is failing. Sacrificing the future of the Craftsman brand by the selling of inferior high profit margin Chinese made tools. (Which can be purchased at any of the local Home Center stores). Come on SEARS wake up!! ?? Don?t kill off the only SEARS Brand that still has any life left in it. It?s not too late to turn this around.
