easy fast and clear assembly

Fairly sturdy, easy to set up, but bench top could be a little better quality. Also, Bench should be height adjustable for shorter folks like me.

Easy to put together. Very good for working on projects in our Dispensary. Perfect height, like 42 inches and plenty of room to put the sears cart underneath.

Goes together very simple and easy. The bench frame itself is very sturdy and strong. The top it comes with is cheap and needs replacing if you want something that will last.

This is a very good work bench. It has plenty of room to work. The wood is solid. Perfect for heavy duty work I like this bench very much.

For the money it's a good bench. I will primarily be using it to perform light duty tasks. I wouldn't recommend rebuilding an engine on it. It did ship to me without 2 threaded bushings for the foot levelers on the one side support. It was such a hassle to get it replaced time-wise. I spent 3 hours on the phone, off and on, trying to get satisfaction, but they were doing system maintenance (in the middle of a weekday afternoon!). I just went to my local hardware store, spent $3 on some nuts/washers, finished assembling it and it's fine. If I needed something for heavy duty projects, I would look for something more substanial, otherwise it's perfect for what I need.

Instructions easy to follow. Read other reviews before purchasing so was ready for top which wasn't pre-drilled. Overall a little taller than I would have liked but fits well in the finished basement room that I put it in.

I purchased this bench as it was on clearance at a local Sears store. They had the bench, the stainless steel top, as a 3 drawer storage module sitting there so I bought them all. The stainless steel top is flashy with the base. I do have this same bench in red with the standard top, and it also is very nice. I put the 3 drawer shelf module on the right side and a 5 drawer module on the right side of the bench. I was able to organize all of my gate hardware, deck screws, caulk and guns, and my sanders and drill in these storage accessories. Now my bench is clean and organized since i have them all stored. What may be more imprtnat is my wife can find stuff when she calls me at work and needs to use a tool, I can tell her which drawer to get it from. Overall a great bench I recommend.

Simple to put together just very lengthy. Did the module with it at same time. I am not happy the top was not pre-drilled for location of bottom. Some of the metal was bent as well as the spot welds were not connected. Great product over all and would recommend to someone.

Craftsman is a family product~Bought the work bench, with the back plate with the 4 drawer tool box. My current tool box is black I wanted all black wanted matching products, to find out the "black" for this tool box is only the sides- the drawers are Platinum. Assembly was the worst, instructions confusing, edges are sharp as knives and my hands were sliced and diced. Instructions should encompass the proper steps when you have 4 items to assembly together so you are not assembling and disassembling. I would pay Sears to assemble any products like this in future. Just not worth the day off and sweating in 115 degree weather.
