I bought one of these to use on my job at a major AAirline maintenance base. I find it to be very practical; lightweight without being chintzy. I use it every day and like the way the Quiet-Glide drawer slides work -no clunky-clacky ball bearings. I have found that the front panels of the drawers are intentionally formed outward on the ends to make room for the full-extension slides. It is not a defect. I am buying a second one now.

I also recieved the side cabinet with the face of all six drawers bent outward and some of the spot welds were broken. The locking mechanism was not attached to the lock. I then had to repackage it and wait for UPS to pick it up, then get reimbursed, then order it all over again. The item is nice if it comes assembled propely.

The side cabinet that I recieved had the face of all six drawers bent out ward, almost to the point of breaking the spot welds, also the back panel was misaligned when spot welding. During assembly when the lock was installed, the locking mechanism was not attached to the lock or it just fell apart during shipping. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL? I returned the item to the local sears store, which of course you just flat lose the $36.00 shipping fee. The item was now on sale and the clerk wanted to return only the sale price of the item so it took a manager to return the amount paid, less of course the shipping.
