Reshape a Damaged Tool Using This Wheel...

Lately I have been restoring some antique tools that I had collected years ago and forgot about.  I rediscovered them one day while cleaning the attic of my shop out.  It was like Christmas morning all over again finding a forgot bow (actually two) of vintage tools.

I set out to bring these tools back to the original glory.  I know that tool collectors advise against cleaning old tools - but hey there mine and I want them as display pieces for my woodworking shop.

Currently, I am reworking an old (perhaps very old) single bladed axe.  The previous owner must have used the butt end of the blade to drive spikes or something because it had been badly damaged.  The only way to get this axe blade back to it's origional shape is to grind away the damaged portion of the metal and reshape it.  This Coarse (36 grit) Grinding Wheel makes quick work of this task.

Please be very careful when performing this type of technique because the agressive grinding action of this wheel will quickly damage your workpiece beyond repair.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
