This is the perfect size for your pocket. Being 7" long, you can measure 6" accurately. Liked my first one so much I now have two so ones always handy.

I work as a carpenter.build things with a lot of angles and the combination square sears offers is a great tool with many different uses.the quality of steel used to make the square gives it a long lifespan.i use the square a lot for trim work and cabinets.marking cabinet handle holes are easy with this square.

Good option for working in tight spaces. Print is easy to read on the ruler. Unfortunately, the print may come off in time and rendering this tool inoperable, a small price to pay for the precision of print. Keep this dry and conditioned and it will serve you well.

Craftsman 7in Pocket Combination Square is one of the most used tools that I use when I am doing a wood working project. I like the size and it enables you to use a square in tighter space places than you can with a normal 12 inch combination square. The rule is made of stainless steel which means longevity and durability. The numbers are easy to read when measuring. The rule is broken down into 1/16" increments on one side of the rule and 1/8" increments on the other side of the rule. You can quickly check for 90 degree when assembling a project to ensure perfect squareness. You can check 45 degree angles just as easy. This combination square works well with my drill press and my router table, and my table saw. as well as assisting in marking measurements on smaller work pieces.

I bought this square as an extra one to do those small jobs that my 12" was kinda too clunky for. When I first used it I was impressed with the ridgid construction and there was no variance or inaccuracies along the length of the blade. Altogether a great buy and a handy tool! I use it all the time!

I like the small size and the added feature of the level bubble.

The product is inexpensive and accurate. I validated the tool's accuracy using wax paper of a perfect square against a 90* made by the combo square and the angle proved to be completely accurate.

This little combo square is perfect for the toolbox when you are trying to tackle the small jobs. I've used mine on minor things like leveling a picture or squaring up a dry wall patch repair and I've really liked it. I highly recommend it for people wanting to add a small tool that can serve multiple purposes from a ruler, to a speed square, to even a level for small projects. This is highly affordable and extremely useful for the average weekend warrior looking to tackle small projects around the house. A must add for the toolbox...
