Overall

Very nice to have for the few instances it works better

I bought a set of 3 sliding T-handles and they are all great. I would like a longer 3/8" drive bar BUT, this one works well. Note that these DO have a notch in the middle of the bar to secure the bit holder/socket in the center. Some love the groove, some don't.

These are a dying tool. Few use them anymore so it's probably not needed for most users/diy'ers but, there are a real wrist/finger saver working on small engines and bikes. (I do not work on motorcycles/bikes; Only small engines but, these are common for bike shops)

These are about the best t-handles you can get at a reasonable price. There are more expensive ones but, these work just as well and are priced reasonable enough to have for convenience.
