Upon reviewing several sets, the photo of this set clearly shows "Made in USA". It's made in China. While the set seems heavy enough, I could have saved money by getting a set from **************, Northern Tool, or even ***** or **********. Sears like everyone else is being taken over by the bean counters who could care less about quality and American jobs.

If you are the one to change your own brake pads, rotors or any need to take your wheel off your car, or fleet of cars in the family and own a air compresser and a powerful impact wrench, these are for you. I dont use my impact equipment that often for car work, leave those issues to the pros, but do work on brakes and the like. This set is great as it covers the majority of lug sizes that cars are equipped with. I would have to recommed these to the DIY'er for the price, lifetime warranty, easy read abilty and variation on sizes for your cars. You can go wrong with these.

At first, I only needed a 19 mm socket to check the lug nut torque on my vehicles. But then I realized it would be great to have a 6" extension for added clearance on my torque wrench and to have a few more sizes. This was the cheapest impact socket set I could find that had what I felt I could eventually use. Fortunately, I received a pretty fair discount buying this set, but I had to return it because the walls of these sockets were too thick for the stock rims on my car. Apparently, I need thinwall sockets, and I can only buy them online. Like a couple other reviewers said, the set should not have both a 19 mm and a 3/4" socket as they are only 0.05 mm different. Instead, of the 19 mm or 3/4" socket, a 21 mm socket would have been nice.
