Blade Support Makes No Sense
1. Package blades individually, just like you did for the 3-wheel bandsaw. 2. Provide a metal cutting blade, just like you did for the 3-wheel bandsaw. I am forced to have one custom-made for me, at considerable cost per blade. 3. See to it that stores have the 70-1/2" blade in stock. Rego Park store has none. 4. The instruction manual says nothing about what blade sizes are available or how to get them. 5. The instruction manual advises using a 14 TPI blade for hardwoods, and yet you provide no such blade. The saw itself is beautifully constructed, that's why I rate it highly, but your blade marketing is a disaster, that is why I would not recommend purchasing the 10" Mod.#119.214000. You have a very fine bandsaw and yet you are failing to properly support it.

size availabilty
have no problem except blade size made more sence to buy a 3 pack on this order however in the future if I want only 1 blade the cost isn't worth it also NO local Sear's store carried it so had to pay for shipping almost $7.00 this bandsaw was a gift would not advise anyone to buy these 70 1/2 blade size.

Band Saw Blades

Well made component for my 10" band saw. Haven't tried the 1/8" and 1/4" blades but I have been cutting teakwood both crossgrain & with grain with the 3/8" and have no complaints

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Variety

I picked these up when I bought my bands saw. I'm glad I did. The blade that came on the saw was ok for resawing but not great for scrolling. I threw the 1/4 inch blade on and went to town.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Craftsman 70-1/2 in. Band Saw Blade - 3 pk.

The best I can say for these blades is that they are BANDS. The saw blade part is questionable. They don't run true and the weld is not aligned and not ground flush causing a thump when cutting. Most Sears stores only carry this 3 pack for this size blade. Spend your money on a good blade.

HANDY CUTTER

I found these blades to be of excellent quality. I have broken only one in a year, They cut quickly. However, the Saw itself is a bit disappointing in the HP and Fence. Fence is not too accurate and the machine tends to bog down when cutting Extremely Dense wood on the thick side-I am probably asking it to do too much. I basically use a Bandsaw to size lumber before putting it on the Lathe and "Freeing" the Walking Stick hidden in the wood. :)
