Overall, others give this:
Took me about 45 mins to assemble with no helpers. Very sturdy and attractive to boot, has plenty of ceiling space too if you wanted to put any tall objects in (may build a shelf for up there). Make sure it sits on concrete or a good foundation!!

I had originally purchased the 6 x 3 version of this shed and found it to be too small for my needs. It barely held a lawn mower and some shovels and rakes. This one is able to hold everything that I need. It was fairly easy to put together and I was able to do in just a couple of hours with very little extra help.
Love, it, super easy to put together. Really didn't need the instructions. put it together in just a couple of hours. Perfect spot for our barbecue to keep it out of the harsh northwest winters. Love the style and look of it.

I built the shed on 2" x 6" platform described in the instruction manual (available online). It requires 52" x 96" x 3/4" plywood. This is a non standard size and must be special ordered at stores like *****. The 2 x 6 base turns out to be 52 x 96, but the shed only requires 48" x 96", so 1) the shed only needs 4' x 8' plywood and the 2 x 6" base turns out to be wider than needed. In stead of the cross pieces on 2 x 6's being 49" long as described in the manual, they need only to be 45" long, but you should adjust the location of the four smaller 2 x 6's in each corner accordingly in order to provide the proper location for attaching the shed floor to the base with 3" lag screws. Also the length of these smaller corner pieces described in the itemized 2 x 6 cut list table is wrong and should be shorter as shown in the top view of the based in the manual with sizes shown.

I had been looking for a storage building for several years to fit a long and narrow space and this is perfect. It was easy for my friend and I to put together, with the most difficult part being the window gaskets. That element could stand improvement, as could the little screen vents for the gable. Hardest part was preparing a foundation for it, but well worth the effort. I used tall shelves against the back wall to utilize the full height of the building in the center, and the double doors make it easy to store a bike. Everything I wanted to get out of my garage fits nicely in it. The only other improvement I would suggest would be frosted panels for the windows so the content isn't visible from outside. There seems to be no point to the windows for light since it's so small that it's highly unlikely that anyone would work inside with the doors closed. I'm now looking for something to cover them.
Ditto to the comments made by others regarding additional caulking around the roof line and the fact that this shed fits on a 48X96" base (if placed on the ground and not on a concrete pad). Assembly of the building went easier with two people, especially when installing the two roof panels. For my building a base was constructed from 2X4X8 pressure treated lumber and 3/4X4X8 pressure treated plywood base at an additional cost of about $100. Since the poly floor panels were bolted to the base with 1/4" X 3" galvanized carriage bolts (and washers), the 14 1/4" cross pieces had to be re-positioned in the construction of the base in order to line up with the bolt "pads" in each of the 4 corners of the assembled poly floor. After assembly, the poly floor warped up a bit at the door entrance. It did not fit flat against the base, so a 5th carriage bolt-type fastener had to be used to hold the flooring at the entrance down. If installing the shed on a base on the ground, don't to forget to place 6 mil polyethylene sheet between the base and the ground as a moisture barrier. Code here requires that the building also be anchored to the ground, so additional anchors had to be purchased.

My husband & I was very happy to make a trip to Sear to purchase on that day 8 x 4 fix our space ,easy assembly. Which is I'd been look around for ,also we used sear card have points I had very good due , Every time when I go to the back yard I feel like I have a little kid play house
We bought this for $499.00 and the delivery option went extremely well in all aspects. We put this together in about 4.5 hours with a minimum of problems. Hand tools are a must, no power screwdrivers. Some of the screw holes needed to be drilled, but that was very easy. Structurally it is sound and I anticipate it will remain so for many, many years.
