you will need at least 2 people- and 3 or more is better, but it really does go up in a couple of hours providing you follow the instructions exactly. despite what the instructions say, however, we learned after the fact that the roof can go on with the cap line facing either side.

The shed came in two huge 4 x 8 heavy cartons. If you don't have access to a Pickup truck or larger truck you should consider paying for delivery. It is very well engineered and constructed. This is my second shed and I purchased it mainly because of its attractive appearance. My wife didn't want this shed so esthetics was important due to its close proximity to my house It was easy to assemble in few hours. Fortunately I had a helper as it would have been a lengthly process if I tried to do it myself. My only problem is that a critical piece was missing from the package (roof Truss Bracket and two struts). As i wanted to complete the assembly while I had help I managed to fabricate a bracket out of some heavy gauge sheet metal. which did the job temporarily but now it going to mean double work to removed the roof panels and install the proper bracket. I remember reading another review and that same piece was missing from another buyers shed as well. Anyway I called the 800 number included and they sent me the missing pieces, but it took 7 days for them to arrive. Also as it states in the instructions to do not attempt to erect this kit if there is any wind present as the pieces would most certainly turn into sails. One other thing worse mentioning. Although the resin pieces are double wall do not attempt to hang heavy objects from the walls or roof as you might with a wooden shed. It just not designed to take that heavy load. I happy to say that now that al is said and done my wife is happy with the way it looks.
Bought this to use as a gardening storage shed and it nicely does the job. It was pretty easy to install, only took about 2 hours instead of the estimated 4 hours. The instructions are easy to follow. Must have a flat level wooden subfloor/cement pad to put this on! We used 12x12 cement pavers on leveled ground and it turned out good. Check local permit office requirements first, our area requires permits to build any type of shed. We chose this shed because the locking system felt sturdy.
The 2 by boxes arrived and my children and. Dug in. The shed was very easy to put together. The directions were clear and the pieces easy to identify. It took us approximately 3 hours to complete the project.
Very durable, appealing looks, and not that hard to assemble. It did not require a lot of different tools. Instructions clear and easy to follow.

I was expecting to have a hard time with the gasket and windows in the doors, I did not. Maybe prior issues were resolved through quality control. That said, quality control missed 2 parts when packing my shed! I am missing 2 crucial parts the truss bracket part# 0631096 for the very center of the roof and 2 truss straps part# 0631093 which keeps the the roof and walls at the correct angle. I am hoping that suncast can overnight them to me. Today is Sunday and I buikt this shed myself. My husband and I built the foundation with the recommended 2x6's yesterday. It does go together very easily. I suggest to go through the instructions and locate all the parts, there is not a "parts list" but rather a list of parts need for each step/section as you follow the instructions. I did continue building the walls and doors but my shed sits roofless! I also suggest that you do NOT lay the floor out until you are ready to install the walls, the sun will heat it up and can warp it. I didn't have any other issues. Once I get the missing parts I will complete the roof, if it doesn't go easily I will come back with an "update"!
My nine year old and I put this up in about 4-5 hours. It really goes together easy. I used concrete blocks (4x8x16) covered with 1/2" plywood and then drilled in anchor screws to secure the base. Shed looks great. Now my boys want one for their toys.

Easy assembly except for the door windows. They need to redesign the doors. It's a pain in the **** to put the gasket and window together. The building is very easy to assemble and can be done with one person. Worth the money but is a little expensive for what it is.
Assembly overall was good. Took my sons and I about 3 hours. Hardest part was getting the Gasket/Acrylic/window frame for the doors to line up. Took almost 45 minutes. Acrylic did not line up with holes in frame, nor did the frame holes line u with the doors. Other than that no real problems. Mounted on a cement slab, and anchored the floor to it. Nice looking shed, well worth it.
