Product Description
This Dual Ratcheting Wrench is 100% ratcheting on both the open end and the box end of the wrench. Craftsman's patented ratcheting open end design allows you to fit into tight spots with the open end without taking the wrench off the fastener, making jobs faster and easier. This feature combines the speed of a ratchet with the the access of the open end wrench.

I was really happy to buy this because of how much easier it would make removing nuts and bolts. I thought it was made in the USA because Craftsman has always had their hand tools with the lifetime warrenty made in the USA. Besides this I am really happy with the lifetime warrenty im sure i will need. It has made everything much faster now with the addition of these.
on the closed racheting side it is great. On the open side it sucks. It breaks the racheting piece when ou put too much torque on it. IMO its useless as a wrench.
It's a nice concept, but in practical use, the open-ended ratcheting ends up being more of a hindrance. The design does not allow any fine tuning while wrenching. You can't use them in the reverse direction. For example, you can not loosen or tighten something just a bit if you tightened or loosened it too much. Because of the ratcheting mechanism, it just spins. Also, the heads are angled slightly and it seems to always be the wrong way. Something that is very annoying is on the closed-end, you never know which way to set the wrench. You can't tell if it is set to loosen or tighten. There is a cryptic Z on one side which I've now used to help me know which is which, but I have an old set of Craftsman ratcheting wrenches, and they have an OFF-->, and an ON--> stamped right next to the head so you can easily tell which way it should be oriented. If I had the choice again, I would get the single ratcheting kit, item 35414 even if it is more expensive.

I wrote a review on the standard set that pertains to this set also. Great set purchased for 34.99. ''Not my primary wrench set,'' but I use them for just about anything.

Great product, helps to get nuts and bolts in tight places. The carrying case it came with could use some improvement as I find it to bee too bulky in my tool box.

I think this set is a little too expensive. At Sears there is GearWrench brand wrench set of exactly the same contents or size. Each wrenches are thicker and heavier than GearWrench's. And ratcheting mechanism isn't so smooth. I got this Craftsman's wrench set on sale but I believe that GearWrench's set was more frequently on sale and less expensive. I personally recommend GearWrench brand.

This set is really great for the price. The open end ratchet design works really well for tight spaces that you cant move a wrench around in. The only flaws i have found are that the smaller sized wrenchs are, well there really small and you cant get much leverage on them. Also the wrenches seem to be very thin.

This product is a must have for any shop. I work for an oil company and these wrenches have not shown any wear or any problem with the petroleum products. Although they are expensive but worth the money. They are slick so if your hands are dirty or greasy they can slip right out of your hands causing injury. but still worth the money
