Craftsman  9 bushel 3 - Bin Soft Bagger for 46 in. Deck

Works great, I don't have the dust problem that others have mentioned with this unit. The fit was good right out of the box, Just hate emptying it now..haha I'm glad I purchased the 3 bagger rather than the 2.

I bought the 3 bag soft catcher rather than the 2 bag hard plastic catcher so that I can reach behind me while mowing and feel if the bags are full. This is an absolute time saver. Even mowing my 1/2 acre lot, I usually only have to stop twice to empty these bags into my mulch pile. Excellent addition to your mower if you need to have a catcher.

My yard is about 3/4 acre with around 15 big oak trees. The yards around me are similar. I kept putting off buying a bagger for my YT4000. This year I finally broke down and bought one. Honestly, the 3-bin bagger turned a weekends worth of work with a backpack blower into less than 3 hours! I couldn't be happier!

I just got my new 3-bin bagger and installed it on my tractor. Easy installation and operation. I love it!! Should have gotten it years ago. No more grass staying in the low areas of my yard (I used to use a sweeper). I now mow in half the time I used to with the sweeper and can mow close to the play yard and not get grass blown onto the pads under the swings. Very happy and would/will recommend this to my friends.

I have gone through two tops to this bagger because it sticks out to far to the left (the non shoot side). I have fence to mow around and if I get up close with the deck the top rubs along the fence. It sticks out about a inch farther then the deck on that side. Going to try a two bin bagger but not looking forward to the extra dumping.

The soft bagger holds so much more grass than the plastic baggers, I don't have to stop to unload it as much, which means I can get my lawn done faster and get back to the ballgame. Love it!

I am very pleased with this purchase. The installation was very quick and easy. The quality of the bagger seems to be very durable. We have quite a large yard (3+ acres) and this bagger literally picks up all the cut grass; resulting in a beautifully cut lawn. Very good product for the price.

This unit attaches to the mower's hitch pin so you can not tow a utility cart. It is difficult to mount by yourself. The unit does attach easily if you have help. The tube has an indicator that spins rapidly when bagging, and slows down the more full it gets. The tube also disconnects in the middle for clearing any jam. The bags fill up relatively quick, and not always evenly. I lined mine with trash bags to make it cleaner. The bins have to be installed overlaping one another to spread out the leaves. Most of the leaves go in the center bin. The lid also must be closed properly or it doesn't pick up well. The bagger did not pick up wet packed down leaves as the mower wouldn't lift them into the blades. Overall, I love this unit. It is very pricy, but I'd buy it again...on sale!

I purchased a Craftsman riding mower last Fall and there were no Baggers available. The sales lady informed me that she would contact me if a Bagger became available and that is exactly what she did.

Pretty good bagger. I can't give 5 stars because 1 hour into using for the first time the rubber strap that holds the two piece shute together broke. I think its a good idea but for it to break first time out of the box sucks. I mow mine and my neighbors yard and together its about 2 acres of grass and a ton of leaves in the Fall The capacity is great so less stops to dump saves a lot of time. It empties very easy and quickly. It does have a little spinning gage on the shute that shows when the bags are full and it is just useless it doesn't spin full, empty with grass going up the shute or not, I think it just for looks. You just have to get off and check from time to time to get a good idea of when to stop and empty. Over all I like the unit Sometimes things just break its an easy fix with a zip tie.
