I use these blades all the time and they are tough, will cut through oak branches in less time than a hand saw. I just bought 2 more sets because they are durable and for rough carpentry work, they zip right through old 2X4's. Great for using your sawall on a ladder to prune with control.

I bought the 2 pack 5 tpi pruning saw blades for my Sears cordless sawzall (19.2 V). I used one blade to cut 12 solid hours on a 30-foot length of Oleander bushes. The blade was still going strong after 3 days of cutting, as was the sawzall itself. The batteries also didn't let me down, including both the Ni-Cad and a new Lithium-Ion type. Sears has a great product with their 19.2V cordless tools, and this is only one example. Keep up the great work. The photo below shows the used blade (top) compared to the 2nd new blade, and the original 2-pack sheath. I did notice that the package is marked "Swiss made", which may explain why the blade is so rugged - I'm going to assume that the steel is a high carbon product with some chromium and moly alloyed in there, that gives it toughness and remarkably able to hold an edge (look close and you'll see that the used blade's teeth are still sharp as new, with some wear but not enough to hurt its performance). All in all, a great product.

I but myself two of these multipacks every winter getting ready for the spring season. I have a ton of crepe myrtles and other small trees and such which I have to stay on top of through the growing season or I wind up with a small jungle in my yard. Needless to say, I wear these blades out every year and since they are so affordable, I just reload in the winter and do it all over again. These are very durable with very little warping which leaves me with very clean cuts on all my trees which leaves them with very little damage to the tree itself.
