The big numbers on these make it easy to find the socket I need. Wish they'd had this laser etch ability 25 years ago but i need it now more than i did then. : ( Typical well made Craftsman tools. I'm a small shop and Craftman sockets have always worked well for me.

Another set I bought because I don't always wear my reading glasses while under the car or truck! No, for the most part it is a set of safety glasses to keep the crud out of my eyes which don't see like they used to. That's where having this socket set has helped me out. The sizes are just big enough for me to see and they are against a dull background which also helps a lot! The same, high quality Danaher set made in America as the rest of the sockets I have, these are just easier for me to see!

Same great quality as my other sockets however these come with numbers written so big that even my grandfather can see. No more waiting under the car for some one to look at each socket to read what size it is. One quick glance and you can read them quickly. Clean up easy too.

I purchased this Craftsman 9 pc. Standard Easy to Read Socket deep well sockets as an addition to the Craftsman Sockets I already own to help with the assembly of my kids jungle gym. The sockets worked as expected from a Craftsman tool. They fit nicely into the holes I had drilled into the wood supports and came out looking like they had never been used. The chrome finish did not scratch or chip in the least and the socket did not slip once. I was very pleased with the outcome and have since used them on numerous projects; a quick wipe with a soft cloth and they still look like new some ten years later.
