Overall
Simple but Effective

This inexpensive chuck makes adding air to tires easier, by not over-complicating the job.  I hate the two sided wand chuck which seems to require more effort on my part than it is worth.  Simple, effective, that is what  I want from a tool.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
Air Chuck is Too Firm. Too Much Downward Force to Operate.

I used to have the old version of this air chuck, and it was great.  This one, however Sears decided to update it, sucks!  The downward pressure required to operate the valve and fill tires is too much, in my opinion.  Too much downward force may bend or damage the delicate Shrader valves on tires/wheels.

Also, it seems that this air chuck (possibly because of the force required to operate) has a narrow operating angle requirement.  Tweak it too much to the side, and you'll get very limited or non-existent air flow.

An air chuck should be soft and easy to use no matter what pressure is in the line. Therefore, I give this air chuck 2 stars.  One star for being cheap and one star for being made out of brass and will most likely last for a long time.

Otherwise, look at a different option...
