I have used the same Craftsman garden hoses for years and never had a quality issue with them. Even when damaged, Sears has replaced same with no problem. The hose is pliable year round and is the only hose I will buy.

I have used this model of hose for many years. I just bought another one for a different yard. Your hands may pick up some black rubber but is is worth it to me for the great performance and durability of the hose.
