not a good antenna
This is a great radio and would recomend it to all but the antenna on it is weak which is not a common thing for craftman. I work for UPS and there are no radios in the trucks so this is what i use but with antenna broken doesn't get the best reception out in the boonies. Wish they had a replacement part.

Does not pick up very strong signals.

The Craftsman 19.2 volt radio is a good idea in theory, but that is it.  The radio doesn't pick up anything but the strongest signals and isn't very loud.  The antenna also is very tough.  The rest of the rubberized radio is very strong and does a good job of protecting the device, but what good is it if any obstruction takes out the signal.  Also you cannot charge the battery while using this radio.

Worse purchase ever

Had to return the radio 3x, within 1 month.. The worst product craftsmen has ever made, loved the idea of using the 19.2V battery with it, stopped working for no reason, only would work when head upside down & would turn stations on its own..

So disappointed

The good is that an MP3 player sounds good. Radio tuner is terrible. Only picks up a few stations. I live in the Tampa area. There are dozens of stations that are available I live on a marine coast. The radio can not pick up a single NOAA weather station. So disappointed in Craftsman, this time.

Very handy

I really love this rugged little radio. I use it in the barn, in the shed when working there. No electricity yet in the shed, so this is perfect. Seems it can also take a beating, which is always a plus.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great little Radio

I have to say I love this little radio I need on top of my craftsman tool chest and listen to all the time while working. The fact I can hook up iPhone and play music using the AUX cable is just added benefit and makes the whole radio. The only issue I have is some FM channels seem to pick up air traffic control and planes flying over head.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great- MUST HAVE!

This Craftsman Weather Radio is not only very handy, solid, and strong, but has a great sound. This radio is perfect for Winter Storms and Power Outages. Indispensable for the rainy- storm weather in Seattle. Stores perfectly in my garage.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
