This floor mat was just what I needed for my milling machine. The 1/2" thickness has plenty of padding to stand on for hours and it's easy to clean and sweep compaired to my other open-square style. This worked so out so good that I bought another two weeks later to put in front of my work bench.

Online photo of product makes product appear to be of higher quality than it actually is. Item is usable, but could have been much better! Item doesn't lay as flat on the floor as it should but hopefully it will get better. Currently the edges not being tight to the floor cause a trip potential.

My workshop has bare cold concrete floors. It really puts a hurt on you after a while. I bought this particular mat because of the name (Craftsman). It lives up to my standards when I think of Craftsman. I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to cost or quality. It has one flaw though...it makes small things disappear when you drop them. The little holes and creases hide things when I drop them (which I do a lot) so I have to pick the mat up to find what I dropped quite a bit. Other than that it is great.

I got this mat at my local sears on a very good discount, paid about 25$, I'm using it at a home milling machine on a cold concrete floor and it feels great. It is not as sturdy as the mats I'm used to at work, but a small fraction of the price of these professional grade mats. It is very compliant and so far is holding up well. Very Happy.
