Very handy knife. Very well built. The only gripe I have is that it doesn't come with a holder nor does it have a belt clip. Either would be very useful. Since it didn't have either, I had to store it in my pocket while doing yard work (cutting rope to bundle branches for pickup) and had to take my glove off to reach into my pocket each time I needed to cut some rope. I finally gave up and just tossed it on the ground then had to root around to find it when I needed to use it again. Otherwise, it is a great tool to have in your toolbox.

I asked for a utility knife with a quick change blade for CHRISTmas and got three! Well, after trying them all, this is the most awesome knife I've ever come across. Not only can you remove and flip the blade around without any tools so you can use the other end of the blade, the knife STORES several extra blades within the handle. AND the best part is, when you wear out both sides of a blade, you just remove that blade, pull the slider all the way back and the new blade AUTOMATICALLY loads. Push the slider out, and your blade is already installed! At $9.99 it's a great bargain. On sale, even better! I'm ordering several more to give as Christmas gifts next year. PLUS...It has a lifetime warranty on top of it all!

This is a great little utility knife. it does everything you could ask for and blows the competition away. Craftsman rewrote the book and there is literally nothing that comes close to this knifes ease of use and quality. The blade extends and retracts into the handle via a top thumb stud like 99% of the utility knives on the market. There is an additional button on the front of the knife that lets you remove the blade so you can flip it over and reinstall it to use the other side but the best part is that if you remove the blade and slide the blade carrier back into the handle it will automatically pick up a spare blade from an internal magazine. The magazine holds 5 blades standard sized blades and requires no special plastic clips or keepers... all parts on the knife are robust and designed to last a lifetime. The knife is small enough to fit in a pocket. The grip is comfortable and slip resistant without being abrasive. The finish should handle all solvents and cleaning products and the only maintenance would be a drop of oil on the slider. If you use utility knifes on a daily basis you know how dangerous they can be and most require tools to disassemble to change a blade or a separate container to hold the extra blades. Most are too big to fit in a pocket. But not this knife. It?s awesome!
