Sears shipped it on-line and had it on the 3rd day, *************. Its everything that is represented and love the 55 lb weight. I mounted a new Delta grinder in the holes provided. For my purposes, I will not have to bolt to the floor in my studio. Its great. I shopped lots of stands and this is by far the best for my money, Recommend "do buy"

This item could have been a VERY nice stand, but it has some strange shortcomings? For example, it?s just a tad too small to accommodate the base & mounting holes of an 8? bench grinder by the SAME brand name. Why couldn?t they have made the platform just a couple inches wider so their own grinder would fit??? Moreover, many of the other bench-top tools (again by the same brand name) having smaller bases that do fit the platform have mounting holes that don?t match up with any of the hole patterns in the platform. This is the strangest and most useless grinder stand I?ve ever seen.

Heavy duty, easy assembly. Does not rock when force is applied to grinder/buffer when in operation.

I have two of these stands and would have a third if they had it in stock.
The stand has the larger tripad bottom with pads to allow for uneven floors
which is hard to find. Heavy tubing and larger mounting plate is a plus, and
the only reason I don't have a third is that the store does not carry it, has to
be mail ordered.

Purchased to work with a new 8 inch grinder. I was impressed with weight and sturdiness. This has holes in the legs to allow you to mount it permanently but I chose not to. Balance is good and would recommend this for any 8 inch and below grinder.

Excellent quality, exactly as described. A welcome addition to the shop and frees up space on the bench plus is portable enough to be moved wherever needed while heavy enough to do the job. Should have purchased it years ago.

I just received my bench grinder stand and it's awesome!!!!! it has all the quality's of an industrial stand and is heavy enough to keep everything firm, the paint coating on it is great and every single thing is made out of really thick cast iron,its neatly packaged and extremely easy to assemble (it even includes the allen wrench to put it together), overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase
