I am a big fan of the bolt on. The only issue was with the cutting guide was off just a touch had to calibrate it. Oh and it does come with a cutting blade so no need to by an extra unless you really need.

This little saw cuts paneling & plywood like butter. Its great for light material. I wish the router worked as good as this saw.

Our 10 year old grandson asked for a power saw after building Christmas projects with a hand saw. We felt like this was the perfect add on attachment and looks to be safe. He couldn't have been more excited to receive this. We'll let you know next Christmas if he still has all his fingers :)

Light, handy, quick, love it. Don't expect a full blown saw but you can take it anywhere and cuts good. A must have for around the house.
