My wife's previous bypass pruners from another store had broken. I found these at Sears and bought them for her to use in her garden.
Initially I was a little disappointed to find that when I got home after buying them that they are no longer made in the US. But with all the quality issues that these pruners have I'm not at all surprised.
The pruners are sharp but don't appears as durable as her previous ones, which coincidentally only lasted one season. The locking mechanism sticks and is nearly impossible to operate with one hand. The handles are hard, oddly shaped and uncomfortable to hold for longer periods of time.
In retrospect, even with the lifetime warranty I would steer clear of these Craftsman Bypass Pruners.

These feel pretty well made and I use them for small twigs and leaves, not trying anything too thick. I sprayed the joint with WD40 and they work fine. Good buy
Since spring has yet to arrive here in Minnesota, I have not put these bypass pruners to the test yet, but they have a very solid feel and look to be well made and of very good quality.

This pruner will do most homeowner pruning. If you have a large wooded lot a pruner with titanium blades will last a lot longer, There are two styles of pruners. The bypass or curved blade and the flat blade. For the price of this pruner, it is OK
These are very nice and certainly capable to provide years of light to medium-duty service. I like the cushioned grips. The blade is sharp and made of good quality steel.

I've found this sander to be very useful in my small woodworking shop. It's nice to have a central sanding station, ready to go at the flip of a switch, instead of dragging out the belt sander or Palm sander and an extension cord. The sanding center was very easy to unpack and setup. It has more than enough power to work in even the hardest material. The weight of the unit makes for a very stable platform for sanding small or large pieces of wood. I would enthusiastically recommend this unit to anyone setting up a small woodworking shop.
