19.2-Volt Drill/Driver and Work Light 17560 Combines Two Powerful Tools
The Craftsman 1/2" Drill/Driver is a smart addition to your workbench. With a 19.2-volt battery powered by DieHard, this tool will see you through the toughest jobs. The 1/2 inch drill/driver offers 410 in.-lbs. of torque to handle most drilling and driving needs. Use the two-speed gear box (0-400/0-1400 RPM no load) for high torque or high-speed applications. Thanks to a 1/2 inch keyless chuck, you'll be able to hand tighten bits from 5/64" to 1/2" quickly and securely without a chuck key. A forward/reverse selector makes bit direction changes easy.
The 19.2-Volt Drill/Driver and Work Light 17560 has a high-intensity bulb that illuminates your entire work area. It features a head that pivots 180 degrees so you can direct the light where you need it. With the battery pack installed, the light is freestanding. Also noteworthy: The included DieHard battery will power more than 30 C3 power tools that you can purchase separately.

I purchased one of these sets for myself about a year ago. My sister needed a drill and I liked mine so much that I bought her this one for her birthday! It is not too heavy for a woman to use and it is very powerful as well. Battery life is excellent and the super charger is great because like most of us, I always forget to charge the battery until I need it!

I was finally able to buy a quality rechargeable battery powered tools and have been completely satisfied. The lithium-ion batteries are great, I will not go back to ni-cad. The fact that many tools use the same battery is great. I have had these for several years and I use them hard. Any time I see someone browsing these tools in the store, I recommend them highly. I will be adding more tools to this system.

The light is very bright and like that head turns horizontal to vertical. Drill / driver "does it all". Drill has power for all our home uses. Like the updated charger.

Lots of power... The only problem was that the light burned-out after turning it on.. pop and that was it. Now I have to hunt for a bulb. The drill/Driver is wonderful. I have even mixed paint with it; plenty of power.

If you have not had a problem with this set, you need to get i out of the box and use it !!!!! Have got them for gifts, and personally bought them. Worst craftsmen tool ever owned. MASTER ASE TECH. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this set in June of 2002 and have had great service from it. This week I finally had to replace the 2 batteries as the originals would not hold a charge. I bought the same batteries from Sears since they held up so well.

My in-laws have this set and theres is great but Craftsman is going downhill and are cutting corners. They no longer put the light on the drill, include cheap batteries and the bag they give you instead of a normal plastic case is a piece of junk that is hard to to store the drill in scratches everything and overall is a big annoying hassle. As I said Craftsman is just going cheap. I think I am going to take it back and go to **********.
