      Fantastic saw for the DIYer
I used this saw for an extensive molding project and it met all my needs. I was cutting chair rail, box molding, and molding for a screen porch. It cut everything with ease and accuracy. Box molding and chair rail require accuracy to avoid having to go back with a bunch of caulk. This saw was super accurate. Run time was awesome too.The controls are easy to adjust and the saw had plenty of power.

      Terrible saw
This saw is terrible, no power and wont cut very well. Trying to cut a 2x4? No way, it will stop mid cut and you will have to make multiple plunges slowly to get thru. Maybe some thin molding but you will need a high capacity battery for it to get thru the cut. Stay away from this one, I returned mine.

Good saw for what it is

Some of the review bash the power of this saw. Come on, guys, it's not a 15 amp motor on this saw. This is a small, portable saw that has it's uses, but it's not a heavy duty saw like a 10 or 12" bench model. Don't expect it to function like one.

      Great for Homeowners

Probably not for contractors that require heavy-duty, long running equipment, but great for the homeowner or hobbyist. Can be fine-tuned for incredible accuracy, and I love the portability!

      great addition

I bought this saw to add on to my C3 power tool collection. It is small and portable and thats what I need. I like not being tied to an extension cord. I have 3 batteries should be plenty.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Very pleased- well built for the price.

I have used this unit for a remodel, nice and smooth action. Overall fit and finish is good - looks like they thought thru several things. I think anyone who says it wouldn't cut a 2x4 tried to get thru the wood way to fast. It's a slower go - but the unit WILL cut a 2x4" as the ad copy says. ( just slow down ) if you need speed - go buy a 110v electric. It will be fitting a shop vac to the vacuum port vs. keeping the small bag that comes with it. I'm pleased as I don't need a larger unit, and the cordless expands my options as to how often I'll take out to cut a small job.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Works well for its intended use

I bought this saw to be a light weight, grab & go saw for trim work and light cross-cutting. Make no mistake, this is not a 15amp, heavy duty compound miter saw - it takes a second to spool up to full speed, and even with the stock blade (I have not tested others yet) it will cut a 2x4 just fine if you aren't heavy-handed and try to rush it. My saw required minor realignment for bevel and miter, but I got it dialed in to dead-on within a few test cuts. One thing to watch for - locking the miter setting (via the back lever) requires only a little pressure; overtightening will cause the deck to slightly rotate out of position by ~0.5 degree or more. This is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
