not a good antenna
This is a great radio and would recomend it to all but the antenna on it is weak which is not a common thing for craftman. I work for UPS and there are no radios in the trucks so this is what i use but with antenna broken doesn't get the best reception out in the boonies. Wish they had a replacement part.

No A/C POWER CABLE to plug into the wall!!!
So I open up the box and come to find out, there is NO POWER CABLE that goes with the radio. I don't want to use one of my two C3 batteries to only power my radio, I want that one charging while I'm working. I think CRAFTSMAN could come up with a much better product that can PLUG INTO THE WALL, and maybe even CHARGE MY SPARE BATTERY WHILE I'M PLAYING MUSIC.

Great Little Radio

This is a excellent garage radio that give you capability to move virtually anywhere. I use it in my out building, when on the deck or when in the yard. It seem to be easy on the battery and has a good sound. The option to plug in my iPhone to listen to my personal music makes it a nice addition.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Pretty Darn Good!

Works as advertised. Pretty good FM reception. Convenient feature mix. Sound very adequate for a work/emergency radio. So far, seems very study and able to take abuse. Love the C3 battery design that allows for rapid change out when battery is drained. I definitely recommend it for what it's intended use is: work radio and emergency information radio

I would recommend this product to a friend.

C3 Radio

Works good, but I thought it could be a little louder then what it is...I do like the idea of packing tones and tools to do any projects and not being bored.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

do not buy

I wouldn't recommend this for any reason. It is the worst radio I have ever bought. It worked for about an hour before it stopped picking up signal. The battery indicates it is green but yet the radio wouldn't work. Do not waste your money

ugly but fine

Been looking for a small portable radio for a while that would be moderately priced. This is it. The sound is good and the digital readout for the stations is clear. Battery is rechargeable - works for us!!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

radio tunes

I love this radio. It tells you when the battery is low and needs recharging. It is louder than I had originally thought for a little radio too. Although I am pleased with this product, the battery needed to be purchased separately.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Worse purchase ever

Had to return the radio 3x, within 1 month.. The worst product craftsmen has ever made, loved the idea of using the 19.2V battery with it, stopped working for no reason, only would work when head upside down & would turn stations on its own..

So disappointed

The good is that an MP3 player sounds good. Radio tuner is terrible. Only picks up a few stations. I live in the Tampa area. There are dozens of stations that are available I live on a marine coast. The radio can not pick up a single NOAA weather station. So disappointed in Craftsman, this time.
