Use them right
Most people on here seem to think the batteries aren't lasting long. I'm at 4 years with my 19.2 gear and the batteries are doing well. I use my gear professionally and have 4 Craftsman batteries that are 4 years old and only 1 is just now beginning to have short charge. I have another 2 that are 3 years old and still the same as new. I use them weekly and I estimate that all 6 of my 19.2 have over 800 hours on them. Just don't over charge them. I have used all major tool brands and these batteries are about the same or even better than the others. The tools are better for the price. I wish they had an exchange program and a charger that shut off so one can leave them in he charger. Use them often, don't leave them without a charge, keep them cool and you'll get 700-1000 hours out of them.

Won't last long. Charge will die just sitting with no use.
The new Sears batteries are **** compared to the old ones. I've had Makitas last 10 years but these newly purchased Sears won't last past one year. When I purchased a pair a little over a year ago one would not take a charge. They replaced it. But the pair are now near toss out stage. I have 2 sets and 3 extra drills. The tools are great but what good are they if the batteries won't last. I'm ready to scrap the whole pile and buy a different brand. BUT they are ALL made in China and I think it is a **** shoot. Can the new Lithium batteries be used in the old tools? A thought BUT the cost is outrageous.

Replacement Batteries

I use these batteries a lot with my C3 drill for installing screws in my walls that I'm installing. They last along time and great value for the buck. They take about an hour to recharge.

Too Soon to tell

The real test of these will be how long they last before they no longer hold a charge.

THE LAST PAIR LASTED ABOUT 5 YEARS

I don't use my drill every day but I still expect a decent charge when I pick it up. These batteries have done well in that regard. When the juice is low and I know I charged within the last week or so, I know it's time to replace them. The last pair lasted about 5 years and that's above average in my book.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great product, works with many tools.

I have been using these Craftsman batteries for years. I would have rated it 5 stars but one did not take a charge. However it was exchanged at my local Sears , no problem.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Who can past up a deal on something you go to and use for most home project

My Cordless drill and flashlight use C3 19.2 volt batteries. So there are many times I had to use both batteries on one job for long periods. Finding the 2 pack sale of the batteries get me through most job with a battery to spare.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Best bang for your buck

I have several tools that I use these in and for the price I think this is the best way to go. I also own a couple of Mikita tools with batteries that have gone bad and are just paper weights because of the cost of the batteries.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Batteries

Wish they would make the new batteries compatible with older Drills. The new lithium batteries are not compatible as they are with Ryobie. Why must I buy a new drill??? Looks like Ryobie has a leg up on the compatition!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
