This blower is perfect for small clean up jobs on the patio or drive way. I would not plan on getting rid of your bigger more powerful leaf blower for fall clean up. Battery lasts about 15 minutes.
Tried this blower once since purchasing, but it didn't seem like the battery was fully charged, since it was blowing a bit weaker than I would have liked. The next day I tried to recharge the included battery using the included charger, and noticed the defective light was blinking, so I tried charging another battery on same charger and it still read defective. When I placed the new battery on my old charger it read fully charged, so I'm guessing the blower will be for very light duty only.

I have always used electric blowers around the house and have never had a problem until this year. Pulling cords around got to be a pain in the you know what. I had already bought the multi tool craftsman lack so I have extra chargers and batteries handy. As long as you have one charged on reserve there is no reason you can't do most jobs around the house.
This blower works okay on dry grass clippings and flowers that have fallen off my crape myrtles. But they have to be dry. When wet they weigh too much to be blown awayeasily, because the motor is not very powerful. It is very light and easy to use. I only needed it to blow off my driveway/patio after I mow. This blower does that job. If I didn't already have c3 tools I probably would not have bought this due to the price. Wait for it to go on sale or use a coupon like I did. It's not worth $100. Maybe $90. I see what the other reviewer is saying about removing the end piece to get some more air flow. It seems to help a little bit, but the flow is less concentrated now. It's easy to take off and put back on.
I have only used this a couple of times. It works well but not near as well as my electric one. It could be more powerful. I bought this for 4 reasons. 1-convenience of not having to mess with cords: 2-because it took the same size battery as some other Craftsman products I have; 3-salesman said it should run for 45 minutes which is considerably longer than the Worx one I have and 4- because I had a gift card that I did not know what to do with.
I bought this unit because I am eliminating my 2 cycle yard machines and I already have the Craftsman 19.2 volt lithium system with other tools that I am very pleased with. This unit has more power than I expected. If you are use to a gas engine or corded unit and need that kind of power I don't understand why some people expect that same power in a 19.2 volt battery machine. My wife loves the battery tools and this blower is light weight and easy for her to handle and I always have other batteries charged if needed.
