As a retired Chrysler Tech I knew this tool would have some limitations compared to the DRBIII. I bought this to use on my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport 3.8l AWD, I was impressed that I would be able to pull codes in SRS and ABS systems in addition to the PCM. Issue 1: we had an airbag issue (codes 46 + 47) drivers and passengers seat belt squibs, it was a wild goose chase after replacing both buckles at no small cost, the codes wouldn't clear, all wiring and connectors were perfect I replaced the SRS module out of desperation and didn't have any issues for years until this Issue 2: The airbag light came back, when I pulled SRS codes that the tool says are undefinable, #40 and #64 then it says to see the manufacturers website (INNOVA) for code description except they have no clue what the codes are and want to charge an additional 60.00 a year to provide vehicle specific code information. With the cost of this tool I don't think it is right.

I do a lot of work on cars in free time. This has already saved me a lot of time figuring out why check engine lights are on. It scans for all srs and abs codes which is very convenient. I would recommend to anyone who does even a little bit of work on their cars. Guarantee it will save time and money.

Overall it works good! Ive never used one before but its pretty easy! Pros. Easy to plug in and scan codes, has a program for the pc to help tell you what the code is. Has multiple connectors for different brand vehicles. Cons- doesnt come with the right pc adapter i had to go to radioshack to buy a adapter for it another 50 bucks! Price is way to high. I'd say worth no more then $100.00. The program that comes with it also you have to download other software and update it. Took way to much of my time and found it to be annoying. Had to go to multiple sites to find the software to make it work!

I am no computer genious; this scanner is very operator friendly. For the price it has options that units a few hundred dollars more have.

Will not scan some GM in SRS mode. Don't drop 300 bucks unless you check with craftsman and see if it will scan SRS on your car or truck. All other modes seem to work fine,

Piece of crap. I purchased this scanner as an upgrade from the Innova 3100 that I was running. This scanner is no better than a $20 pocket scanner. Codes are incorrect, only reads American vehicles made in Mexico. ( exaggeration) But seriously? I would purchase this tool again if they were selling it for $50 or less.

This scan tool does it all for a great price. There are not that many scan tools on the market that are a 3 in 1 ABS,SRS,OBD2 for under $400.00. I have seen similar products from OTC and other tool companys that sell a similar scan tool for $700.00 plus. I would recommend this tool to any repair shop or do-it-yourself type repairer.
