Well made. I bought 10 and gave to all my friends and family. Very good quality and opens bottles with ease. If you do not own one buy one. Has a hole on the end so you can attach it to a bbq. Every person I bought it for love it and there freinds ask them where they got it. So buy buying 10 I just started a gift giving on them. Anyways buy one and it will lead to you buying more to give to your friends and family plus christmas is right around the corner.
I bought this a couple of years ago. I was managing a bar on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. When I saw it in the store, I just had to have it. I couldn't wait to take it to work and show it off. Everyone was impressed and I even made a few extra tips with it. I soon discovered the flaw with it though. The hollowed out opening is the wrong size. It is made to be able to open a bottle by catching the front lip on the bottle caps edge and applying pressure downward on the handle, or by catching the back lip on the bottle caps edge and applying pressure upward on the handle. But the distance between the two lips is wrong. Far too often, the bottle cap gets stuck between the two lips and is wedged in the bottle opener rendering it useless until you pry the bottle cap out, which is a bit difficult in itself. This happened to me on numerous occasions with various different beers. If the opening was wider or narrower, it would solve this problem. But currently, the design is flawed. I ended up going to the screw driver handled bottle opener, but it does not carry as many cool points. I still like the wrench opener. It is a great conversation piece and I occasionally use it when I only have one bottle to open and have time to pry out the removed bottle cap. Unfortunatly, as it is, it is more form than function. While it still works to open a bottle, it takes considerably more time to remove theStill cool, but not too practical. Buy it for cool factor, but keep a spare bottle opener around as well.
My local Sears Hometown store had these on the counter today for $ 1.99 when I went in to pick up pair of snap ring pliers. At that price I couldn't pass it up. I opened a few cold ones this evening and it worked like........well, like a bottle opener should except better! It'll be a great addition to my cooler at the next football game or crawfish boil. Mine was stamped "Forged in USA" with a v^ marking so that was a huge plus as well.

This is a great bottle opener. It is very solid and does not completely destroy the bottle cap, so my sister can use them for different projects. The sears staff were incredibly helpful. This is a great addition to any toolbox or kitchen drawer.
Been waiting for this to go on sale so I can give it a try. Was a little skeptical about spending full price on it. Heavy duty bottle opener that will never fail you. All I can say is that you can't go wrong either way! I love it! My wife loves it! My friends love it!
I bought this online and didn't know what to expect. It is just a bottle opener, right? Yes and no. This is by far the strongest bottle opener I've ever used. You can feel the heft in your hand; it is substantial. It is a fun addition to my toolkit, and you might want one in yours, although none of us really need it.

It look like it could handle anything, not just bottles. Made in china, but it feel as sturdy as any other craftsman's wrenches. The machining and cut are precise and smooth. I like it.
