This set is all USA-made, which is great since you can't buy full sets of USA-made ratcheting wrenches from Craftsman anymore! The packaging really sucks as all of the wrenches are in plastic bags thrown in a box. Granted they are wrenches so some scratches aren't a big deal, but there is much room for improvment. I would have been ticked if I payed full price and they came that way! Craftsman really needs to offer more complete sets. These sets are really too small with too many sizes missing. If it wasn't USA-made, I would have bought a more complete set from another comapny. Overall, it is a very good deal for the closeout price!

I've been eyeballing this set for almost a year now, and when I found out that it went on CLOSE OUT, I knew I couldn't wait any longer. Finally pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier with them. I started my Craftsman tool collection some time ago, and have always been mostly impressed with the product that they put out. However, as most of us die hard tool junkies have noted, many of the Craftsman brand name tools have been out sourced to Chinese manufacturing. Particularly their Professional line of hand tools. Of all your tool lines, why this one SEARS?! Common man, you charge more for an inferior product over your classic standard sets. What is that, and who are you trying to kid?! I digress, because everyone of these tools in this set is still AMERICAN made! At least as of the time that I'm writing this, 7/15/2012. Now I want to make clear that this fact is of the utmost importance to me. I actually also own two Chinese made ratchet wrench sets with the Craftsman name on them. One set didn't even make it out of the package before I had to take one of the wrenches in to get it replaced. I had a 12mm wrench that had the ratcheting end completely locked up. You could actually see the ratchet collar was oval shaped instead of round, unbelievable. Now actually comparing the American to the Chinese wrenches in noticeable as well. The American wrenches are super tight and sharp every time an new tooth hits the armature inside each wrench. The Chinese, while ok, just don't have the precision feel to them. I might be splitting hairs here, but it's noticeable to me anyway. Shipping was super quick and painless with exception to one thing. UPS couldn't get the box here without it get damage and tore open, and thus I lost a bag that included one of the wrench socket sets. As much as I don't want to blame SEARS for this, I feel they share some of the blame because the sent everything out without any packing material in the box what so ever. They did redeem themselves by giving me a 12% refund on my order. More than enough to cover the lost contents. For still having some sense of customer service, I still gave them 5 stars. All in all, a great buy at an incredible close out price. Don't wait, this set will be gone soon!!!

These wrenches are GREAT! I have several of them and for getting into tough spots they cant be beat! easy to use and a must for any mechanic. once you get a set EVERYONE will want to use them
