      Product Description

Keep Your Knives Sharp with the Craftsman Combination Bench Stone, 1-pk.

Craftsman’s coarse and fine-grit Combination Bench Stone, 1-pk. ensures you’ll always have a sharp knife with a pin-point cutting edge. Professional carpenters, artists, hunters, cooks and do-it-yourselfers rely on sharp blades to make intricate cuts. In order to guarantee those blades stay sharp, this bench stone features a coarse side to start a new edge or restore a damaged profile, as well as a fine-grit side perfect for maintaining a sharp edge. Remember to lubricate the bench stone with stone oil to clear metal and abrasive dust that can clog up the stone, as such debris can make it almost impossible to sharpen blades.

Keep blades in your kitchen, workspace and hobby knives sharp with the Craftsman Combination Bench Stone, 1-pk.

      • Craftsman’s Combination Bench Stone, 1-pk. can create and maintain a razor-sharp cutting edge
      • Use the coarse side (brown) to start a new edge or restore a damaged profile
      • Use the fine side (light gray) to maintain a sharp edge
      • Clean with stone oil

      Craftsman Combination Bench Stone

Based on the previous review I decided it was time to go ahead and grab a couple of these stones to help keep my chisels and marking tools sharp. I got it in the shop and got to sharpening my old pocket knife (dry...if you never use stone oil you'll never need to) and got it to where it would shave the hair off my arms! Great stone for the price!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

For the price it does the job

I bouht this for a job that ended up being to big for it. However, I started using it on my pocket knives and smaller tools and it worked well. For the price and size, I say it got the job done after I found small jobs for it.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      It's a sharpening stone.

Works well enough for putting a decent edge on like an axe, or chisels. Wouldn't go using it on my good kitchen knives or anything though.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

I bought 2 of these stones for my sharpening station

One of the most frustrating parts of woodworking is using a dull chisel.  It is dangerous and negatively impacts the quality of your work.  I built a Sharpening Station in my woodshop to make the task of sharpening chisels and other blades easier.  I picked up 2 of this stones for use on this station.  One is mounted course side up and the other is mounted fine side up.  As they become worn I will reverse them, therefore doubling there life expectancy.  These are comparable to stones you might find at Woodcrafters for twice the price.

Pick one (or two) up today, you'll thank me tomorrow.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
