After having watched one of these suffer all manner of abuse and indignities from a wide assortment of dubious characters who have tromped across our Shop floor over the last dozen years, and having noted that the only repair made on that specimen was the replacement of the padding with a similar sized piece of 1 1/2" soundproofing foam, said repair having been made some YEARS before the occasion of my employment- I bought one for my own use at home.Some reviewers have made complaints about this little guy, maybe they got a bad piece of particle board on theirs, but for twenty bucks or so, you'll get your money's worth even if it only lasts for the warranty period (home use).

This is a very solid constructed creeper. With that being said, the seat cushion is way too hard and firm. I have another brand creeper that is far more comfortable. I use this as a back-up or for guests who are "helping" me do repairs.

My husband hinted for this as a gift for Christmas one year. I use it too. As we age, it is difficult to wax the car, or paint, or plant flowers bending over. This makes it a sliding affair.

The box the unit was in was taped together. Apparently it had been purchased and then returned... the box and all the contents was ABSOLUNTELY FILTHY AND RUSTED. If it was returned someone somewhere should have assured that the creeper seat was resalable... it was NOT. This was a father's day gift... my husband was very pleased until he began to open this box and found all the mess inside... we are to return this to the Sears store we purchased it from this weekend. Hopefully this is an isolated problem and a NEW one can be obtained.

Junk, just a box of junk. A waste of money and my time to make the trip to Sears. The castors would not fit to be properly secured to the rails. The seat broke the first use. The plastic tool tray was useless (too flimsey & cheaply made). This product is not worth the cardboard box it was shipped in. Don't waste your time or your money on it. Mr. P. Richmond, Maine.

Had this seat for about a year and love it. Very durable, easy to move and can store parts under for easy access. Didnt think this seat would give me easy access while using my motorcycle lift but was wrong. Combine this piece of gear with the craftsman motorcycle lift and you have the beginnings of a good shop.
