1.
Cut all pieces of PVC
(Below is the Craftsman cut list)
8 @ 3-1/4 inches
8 @ 19 inches
4 @ 14-1/2 inches
4 @ 12 inches
1 @ 12 inches (2-inch pipe)
2. Connect all 4 corners by starting with an elbow and connecting a 19" piece horizontally on the ground and a 3 1/2" piece vertically.
3. Use a 3 way connector to connect the 2 19" pieces and a 14-1/2" piece to connect the 2 sides in the middle of the 3 way.
4. On top of the 3-1/2" piece, connect another 3 way and on top of that, another 3-1/2" piece with an elbow on top.
5. Run 19" pieces off the sides of the elbows (same as the bottom) and connect with a 3 way.
6. Connect the last 3 14-1/2" pieces to the other sides from the middle of the 3 ways.
7. Attach the 2" PVC with the clamps just off the center of the board.
8. Fill 4 12" pieces of PVC with sand or gravel, cap ends and use clamps to attach 2 each to the ends of the board.
9. Slide the 2" PVC piece (with board attached) over the top middle piece of 1-1/2" PVC
10. Train pet to run up and over the teeter totter!
