Seems like a great additon to a roadside toolkit, but the sizes chosen are not very practical. I ride a Honda, and like most metric machines, 95% of the heads are 8, 10, 12 or 14 mm. The tool is missing half of these (12 and 14), and instead has a 9 and 11 mm (not sure I've ever taken either of these wrenches from my toolbox for anything). What a pity. I'll keep an eye out in case Craftsman does their homework.

I have been working on cars for over 30 years and I'll tell you this wrench is great but if they changed the 8/9 mm tab for a 12/14 one this would be fantastic. now everyone knows the 9mm wrench is in mint condition because it is never used. the only time I use one is on a rusty 10mm bolt or as a keychain. as far as quality goes this wrench is the best & I'm sure Sears is proud of the quality of it but since it has that 9mm on it I'm sure that is why I got it in the bargain bin for $11.99 what would make this wrench a slam dunk hit that would sell so fast it would make sales history is (1) change that 8/9 tab to a 12/14 (2) change the allen head nut on the side that holds the tabs in to a 8mm and 7mm size so it can be used as a extra socket (3) cast the outside of the tab heads to fit a 1/2 and 3/8 socket so it can be used as a breaker bar as well. combine these items with a handle that I can snap a ratchet or extention in to the side of it to obtain many angles and you will have a winner. if you have a tv commercial of a professional changing oil on cars, an auto body mechanic adjusting hood bolts, a mom tightening the seat on a child's bike, then a new young driver coming home for the holidays and finding this in the trunk just to tighten a bolt on the battery terminal to get out of an emergency. it will show how universal this wrench can be and EVERYONE would want to have at least one.
I bought this for my boyfriend as a surprise. To help him out on his car. Instead of searching around for all those sizes, its all on one tool. He loves craftsman tools. It is also good in spots you can't really get to with some of the other tools. But the only down side is it don't come in metric sizes, because a lot of his bolts are metric on all his cars. This tool has also held up pretty good for the stuff he has done. Which is a lot.. This tool is a really good space saver also. You know how guys always have tons of tools every where. Lol. Good idea craftsman people. Hopefully everyone likes it as much as we do.
I just picked this guy up and it is a big, fat, solid wrench. It is nice and heavy. But, as others have already mentioned, the sizes are a bit perplexing. I really like the idea of having different sizes all in one tool. I am definitely glad I purchased this. I know the sizes on the wrench and I will go to this one when needed, as it will be very easy to find. Maybe Craftsman listened to their users and have decided to re-work these. I wanted the matching "Inch/SAE" version, but it is no longer available. I was chatting with the Sears guy and he said that these Figure-8 wrenches weren't all that popular. With that in mind, I am not sure how the Lifetime Warranty works if they are discontinued. Anyways, I really do not think that will matter. This is an incredibly solid wrench. Well worth the price.
I had a hard time finding this wrench as it's usually out of stock at the local Sears store. The job does the job of tightening and loosening pipes which fit it.

This wrench does a lot, but is is a little bulky and takes some time to find the size you are looking for. One good thing is you have so many wrenches in your hand all at once.
I have a fairly large collection of tools, but even with the tools I had I couldn't get enough leverage to break an exhaust manifold bolt loose. Clearance was tight and there were plenty of hazards should my tool slip. I bought this wrench and got the bolt loose in seconds! Might not be a tool for every job, but it was the best tool for this one.
My husband lost his tools in a flood and is now replacing them. He is a handy man and this is one of the tools he needs for his craft. He is replacing all the tools of his trade.
This ratcheting wrench is pretty unique and handy in tight places where theres is not enough room to use an socket. It took some time getting used to using them. Great product.
