Product Description

Quick, convenient and secure entry with the Garage Door Opener Entry Pad.

The Craftsman Garage Door Wireless Keyless Entry Pad is a great addition to your home. Need to open the automatic door and get in the garage, but forgot your keys or the remote? Just flip open the protective cover on this keypad, punch in your personalized 4-digit PIN and get immediate access inside. And, since many garages let you inside the house, locking yourself out will become a problem of the past.

This Garage Door Opener Entry Pad has an illuminated keypad, so it's just as easy to use in the dark as when there's daylight. It doesn't require additional wiring, so installation is a snap, and it can be programmed for both billion and rolling code technologies. Looking for an upgrade to your existing garage door? This keypad is compatible with all Craftsman garage door openers built after 1993, so you can get more versatility when it comes to entering your garage, and in many cases your home, without having to buy a whole new system.

  • Craftsman Garage Door Wireless Keyless Entry Pad gives you secure access to your home and garage
  • Open the door with a personalized 4-digit PIN without a remote control or key
  • Illuminated keypad makes nighttime entry easier
  • Easy to install with no wiring required

Very Good Opener - Instructions Need Imrovement
My original keyless entry pad went bad after many years. I purchased a replacement at a local home improvement store and could not get it programmed. I purchased this pad from Sears and initially had the same programming problem - I could not get the light bulb to flash after creating a code and pushing the ENTER button. The solution is to repeatedly push and release the ENTER button until the light flashes, then push the "0" button. The instructions simple state "slowly press and release the ENTER button". You really need to do this repeatedly. I think it took me about 8 presses until the light bulb flashed and I then pressed the "0" button. The pad from the home improvement store looked exactly the same as this pad from Sears and had the same verbiage for this step. I'm sure that it would also work if I were to have repeatedly pressed the ENTER button.

Key-less Entry Pads
All the key-less entry pads don't work when it's cold out. Don't waste your $$$$$ purchasing one. They only work when it's warm out.

Exasperating Experience

I purchased a keyless entry pad Model 139.3050 from our Sears store. We have Craftsman opener model 41A5021-2F. I programed the pad per instructions. It operated the door. When I went to use the Home LInk in the car, it no longer worked. The other hand-held receiver that came with the opener would no longer work. I was told at the store that this model replaced the previous model and would work. I re-programed the hand-held receiver and the pad wouldn't work. The Opener has an Orange learn button.

Doesn't program to my garage door opener

Bought this to work with my 11 year old sears garage door opener. It is not the original key pad offered by sears but is called "it's replacement". Couldn't get it to program to my opener. No one at sears could help except offer to sell me a new opener. Nothing wrong with my opener. Just an attempt to make more money instead of offering a good working product.
