This is a very nice, hi-visibility vest at a decent price. It offers a large size that a accomidates many different size people with the use of velco. It has lots of room for adjustment. There is a large amount of reflective material on the front and back of the vest. I would recommend this for walkers, runners, & bikers that are in any high traffic area.

Bought this vest to ride over my winter jacket as I commute to work by bicycle. For a utilitarian garment such as this, the finish is good and the adjustibility is excellent. The biggest feature is that the major reflective surfaces in the front and rear are attached on either side by velcro straps that permit a wide range of sizes to be accomidated. The abundance of the reflective material as well as the intesnse neon-orange, I feel confident that I will be seen by other vehicular traffic.

I had to put a zipper on mine to keep it closed in a breeze. Velcro is fine for baby shoes but an ANSI vest should be made to stay on.
