Item arrive right on time, everything was there in both boxes as I ordered 2, nothing missing or broken and included extra fasteners. Assembly was pretty straight forward. They sit on the floor flat but can be adjusted if necessary for an uneven floor. They only rock a little at the joint of the seat and hydraulic riser, but not a critical factor. They actually adjust further than I had expected. Seat back adjustment is also handy to have. Chrome is a little rough but they are garage stools after all, not high end bar stools. I may buy a couple more if they stay on sale until I get these paid for. Overall a good purchase!

Placed an order for 4 stools for the man cave. One stool had 2 broken feet. Contacted Sears support and was given the typical run around. Requested replacement feet but was told to return the chair and order a new one and get 10% off. Hey guys, the feet are $2.16 each. Is it worth all the effort and wasted $$ to process this for another chair. I purchased 4 new feet. Thank you Sears. Next time I will make my purchase else where. Otherwise, the chairs very functional for the 'man cave'!

I use this in front of my workbench. The adjustable height is great. The adjustable feet work very well as my garage floor has some fairly serious flaws but each time I move the chair I can easily adjust the feet to a good solid level. I have owned this for about 2 years now and still very happy with it.

This Craftsman stool was very easy to put together and matched my husband's work bench perfectly. I love the color and the chrome look. It's very well made also. This stool was a great value. We are very pleased with this product. Highly recommended.

My husband absolutely loves this chair, he wants another one! It was easy to put together, works great, and looks great. I am not sure about the weight limit on this chair, it is sturdy, but I dont think it is built for people over 250lbs. Customer service was great at Sears. They didn't have this chair in stock, so they ordered it online for us, it was delivered within a week. We are very happy with our purchase.
