Works well , alot of people complain that it is to hard to put together, I am in a wheelchair from a 1981 cycle crash and I put it together in 2 hours, extra part? who cares, why do people complain>> lol

no good
If you live in wisconsin don't buy this plow. There are a number of bad qualites. First the spring for the breakaway action are to weak, sometimes it doesn't come back right away. Anything over 4 inches you pretty much screwed. The craftsman tractors are to light, even with you on it plus wheel weights and chains. So by the time you buy wheel weights, chains and the plow you mite as well just bought a good snow blower.

Poor Snowplow

Not acceptable for more than a couple inches of dry snow. Blade is too light so it bounces a lot. I have it on a Craftsman PYT9000 tractor and the tractor spins and slides around a lot, even with chains. Really not to impressed with the tractor either. Next tractor will be a **********.

Good for low snow areas

Used a couple of times for light snowfall with chains. Works well but changing angles sticks

Locking problem

Anyone know why the blade will not stay locked in the "up" postion? I don't see any broken parts that would prevent this operation. Seems a few other people have the same problem.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Where's the snow!

Love the plow. Wish it snowed more. Only hiccup on installation was I put wrong bracket on. The ease of how it goes on and off is great, pull pin and lifts off. No bolting every season. Never had issue with traction pushed 5-6 inches of snow got stuck once. Driveway 200' long large turnaround near house. Great purchase.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Did not work as anticipated

I have a long gravel driveway and wanted a way to clear snow. I was quite disappointment that even though it was installed by Sears, it still did not rotate from side to side. Also, you will need chains just to move in the snow more less push snow. I have returned the product.

love it

i bought this 3 years ago and i could not be happier. it was a little hard to install but worth it i use it to plow my long driveway and works just like a full size plow on a smaller scale the only thing i had to do was get chains for the tires this set up sure beats a snow blower

I would recommend this product to a friend.

sidewalk plow

Our area would think a sidewalk plow would be good. For 2' & 3' sidewalks. A 24" plow attachment for sidewalks with chains for rear tires.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

one word, AWESOME

Bought this plow back in 2005 for my 2004 lt1000, and has been great every year, in kentucky we only get about 12in a year, but im sure this would work great in other climates also, our driveway is about 75 feet long and goes up hill no problem with weights and chains, very easy to install only takes my 13yo 45 mins to install, he can do 4 driveways in one hour when we get about 4 inches. blade has not rusted and i have not had to replace anything yet after 7 years, I'm guessing this equipment will last about another 10 to 15 years with normal maintenance

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Looks sturdy but.....

I wish Sears had a snow blade oradapter set for other manufacturers of lawn tractors. I had to return.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Not Bad

I have read many comments, It went together better than expected but I had trouble with Step 9. Unless I miss something, it does not lock in the up position while driving. Any extra parts were explained in the manual.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
