Magnetic Stainless Steel Tray Keeps Projects on Track
With this Craftsman magnetic stainless steel tray, say goodbye to all those escaping nuts, bolts and loose, wandering screws. The tray corrals all your small items, including drill bits and fasteners, so you don't have to search for 10 minutes (or more) for a misplaced part and delay finishing work on any important job. You can also attach the tray to any metal object and place your items.
The magnetic stainless steel tray is perfect for auto repair work or any DIY jobs where you have to keep track of loose nuts and bolts. And if you knock the tray over, the small parts remain in place - no more losing time searching for just that one part that prevents you from completing a job on time. The Craftsman tray is made from heavy-gauge stainless steel, so it's strong and durable for daily use. It also resists gas and oil buildup and is easy to clean.

Craftsman stainless steel magnetic tray is a great accesory when you are working on projects. You can throw the screws, bults, nuts, washers, tools, ect in it so they dont get lost. I use this just about everytime I have a project to work on. When not in use I have it on my Craftsman work desk with tools in it. It has a shiny stainless steel finish. The magnet is very very strong. It was a great tool for a great price and I recomend it to everyone who is a mr or mrs fix-it. I have no cons on this item
I recently purchased the magnetic tool tray. I have used these types of trays both in the machinery manufacturing business as well as in my hobbies of auto repair, and old car, truck , and tractor restoration. Most of my other trays had been Bluepoint, or Snap On. This is my first sears tray. One big difference between the others and this one is the depth of the tray. The other brands are probably 1/2" or more deeper. For the most part that is not a concern, unless you are short on trays and overload them with tools and removed parts. I feel it is better to have a couple trays , one for small tools, and the other for removed parts, so with that in mind, the tray not quite being so deep is not really much of a factor.
Based on what i have just told you i would likely have rated this piece at a 4, possibly a 5 star product. HOWEVER, being very patriotic, and being involved in American Manufacturing, i would have liked to have seen this product MADE IN USA!!! There are still a lot of us around who have deep pride in the products we americans can produce, and there is no reason why this cannot be another.
Please Sears, bring back American Made Pride.
Again, i would likely buy another tray and would be pleased with every aspect execpt for one, the origin of manufacture.

I bought this tray to replace a smaller cheap round one that never really worked well. The shape/size of this tray is perfect, and the double magnets make it stick very well to many different surfaces, and keep the nuts and bolts from falling, even when you hang the tray upside down. I'm quite happy with it.
I recently bought this magnetic tray to keep all everything - nuts, bolts and tools- in one place, and like the title on the review says this is a must have for any DIYer or professional alike. The bottom part of the tray covered in rubber so it does not scratch the surface and provide sure footing.

Love this magnetic tray, the size is great for a catchall on the side of my toolbox. The magnets are plenty strong and it looks good too. I would recommend this.

Great Tray, easy to use. Magnetic and works well keeping items together when working. Keeps nuts, bolts, or whatever you need together so you don't lose your items while working. Great Buy.
This tray is awesome! It is so helpful for anyone repairing or building something. I use mine on everything from working on my bike to rebuilding ratchets. It gives me a convenient place to put metal (or even non-metal) parts and I don't loose the parts. They make great gifts too!

These trays work great. I have a few of them now placed strategically in the garage, basement, etc because they come in really handy when you are working with magnetic hardware.

It's stainless - stainless is mostly non-magnetic so the magnets are glued to the bottom - thus when you put nuts and bolts in it, it huddles into two piles the shape of the two round magnets. Great if you just want things not to fall out - not so great if you want to throw parts at it and have it just stick (I had hoped!). Stainless should be easy to clean, and the rubber coated magnets don't scratch, though they can impart a bit of black on easily marked surfaces. Stick it to the side of your tool box or just set it on the ground. Heck you can probably stick it on the undercarriage of your car to hold nuts and bolts while you swap parts - just don't forget about it.
