Craftsman Nailer Kit, Palm Air Driver

We bought this nailer kit to help in remodeling our bathroom. We did a floor to ceiling remodel so we needed a nailer that could fit in hard to get to spaces. This nailer worked awesome! Easy to set up and never failed. Next we'll use it on the kitchen remodel.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Craftsman Nailer Kit, Palm Air Driver

I built a deck.  It is huge!  Before we started my son and I sat down and went over all the tasks we were going to accomplish and what tools we would need.  When it came to the joists we knew that swinging a 22 oz. hammer over and over on more than 20 2x12s was not going to be fun.  I remember long ago hearing this odd sound on a construction site and when I did some investigating I found out it was a palm nailer.  I thought at the time it was cool but why not just swing the hammer?  Again, 20 plus boards on joist hangers and hurricane ties and that answer was clear!

We bought this (thanks Sears) and hooked it up (after oiling) and we put the first few boards up pretty quick.  I also found pretty fast that the leather cover was something I needed!

After those few boards I let my son try it out and while he thought it was cool wondered the same thing I had long ago.  With that I put that 22 oz. hammer in his hand and let hem do one joist.  He was convinced we made the right choice in this tool!

Once we got done with the deck we even used it a few times in our basement remodel!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
Better than a hammer

Perfect size, drives 16d sinkers in 2 sec, 6in ring shanks in less than 4 sec. It has 3 different driver heads and spare orings with the kit. One of the best tools I've bought.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
