I use Kreg pocket screws as a primary joint system in many woodworking projects. I prefer to do the final tightening of those screws, which use the Robertson #2 square head bit, manually instead of driving them to end with my drill. This prevents joint slippage and splitting. Finding a manual screwdriver for this purpose was difficult. I am a big fan of Craftsman tools and this screwdriver is of typical Craftsman quality. I would prefer that the screwdriver had a bigger handle. On projects requiring a large quantity of screws, it becomes painful to use as the project proceeds. I could only find this screwdriver with the one size handle.

I consider this a specialty screwdriver and as such, only gets used periodically. However, it has never failed me. If it ever does, covered by the famous Craftsman lifetime warranty.

craftsman robertson bit drivers are the best ive found yet....ive been using the same one daily for 5 years and its still going strong..ive tried other brands(kobalt)but they dont fit tight r last like the craftsman get one and youll see what i mean
