Craftsman  Pistol Grip Nozzle

I would rate this ZERO stars if possible. Plastic Chinese piece of junk. I had an old American-made metal Craftsman nozzle for years with no problems. When it finally gave out, it was replaced with a cheap foreign-made metal nozzle which had to be replaced yearly. Then, Sears stopped selling those and replaced it with this garbage. Hooked it up, squeezed the handle and SNAP! The handle broke off. I knew I couldn't replace it right away...last one in stock, so I waited until this year and SURPRISE... none in stock. The Craftsman brand is a joke. The only reason to go to Sears anymore is to get free replacements, and even that is a hassle. Thank you, Sears upper management, for destroying a once great American company in the interest of greed.

Plastic handle has now broken twice. Just Glad it was a Craftsman so I could do a free swap. After 3 time i was done and bought a different model. Don't Waste your money. What happened to metal handles? Come on Craftsman!

I am now on my 3 Pistol Grip Nozzle.  The first two the Pistol Trigger part of the nozzle broke off.  They are made of Plastic.  Why can't they make them with a metal trigger like they used to.  Only good thing is it's craftman so lifetime warranty so easy exchange.  Downfall is you have to keep going back to store to exchange it.  Next time will try something different.

This is the replacement for the previous all metal body lifetime nozzle. Not sure why the downgrade considering that I have returned several of the metal ones. As a matter of fact, I eventually return every one since they just don't last. How much MORE so with this lower quality nozzle! At least it still has the lifetime warranty. Only difference is that I will now be saddled with the task of returning it more frequently. I would recommend it to a friend ONLY because of the warranty. Simply put, ALL nozzles eventually fail. I know because I've been through many dozens of them through the years.

I needed some thing to wash my car. Sears had many choices in different prices ranges and with different options over the net. This one has a lot of different settings which can be used for different purposes. Its grip is also very comfortable. It also has the ability to leave it on without holding it. It is madeup of plastic but becomes stronger than the other products I had used. It comes with a lifetime warranty, which is good. I can easily recommend this product to anyone.

This is a replacement for Targe nozzle that I dropped and it cracked. This appears much stronger and hopefully will survive a drop on the driveway.

Works great so far. Smooth operation, and easy to grip and turn on. Plus, how can I go wrong with a Lifetime Warranty!!
