Required the jack for my RV so I could change a flat if one occurred. That was the only reason I purchased the product. The condition of the product was totally unacceptable. The jack handle protection on the end was broken off so I had to clue it together so I would not rip up my hands.

This hydraulic jack has done it's job. When i got home i tried it and the first time it leaked fluid so i went to return it. The second one i bought seems to work great. I tried it and it did its purpose without leaking any fluid.

Had a bad start as the 1st one only lifted once then problems. Took it back and got another with no hassles. This one seems to be doing the job. So far so good.

I guess I got a bad batch because the first jack was leaking oil the first time I used it to lift my truck. Second lasted lifting the truck 3-4 times and started leaking oil and wouldn't lift anymore. The truck weighs 4 tons so a 12 ton jack should handle it without a problem. Very disappointed.
