Craftsman Professional 3-pc. internal/external convertible retaining ring pliers kit with interchangeable tips. New and convenient internal/external Quick Switch design allows for fast and easy conversion. Precision broached jaws and spring return handles for excellent ring control. Includes 15 pairs of alloy steel, color-coded, replaceable tips. Catalog/Online Exclusive.
Set includes 1 Quick Switch Adjustable Stop Pliers for small ring service, 1 Quick Switch pliers for standard ring service, and 1 large pliers with the automatic ratchet lock system for large ring service: 3 pliers total. Simply flip the tab and squeeze the handles on the Quick Switch pliers to interchange between internal and external applications. Each pliers has a tip kit containing five pairs (15 total) of color-coded interchangeable tips, an Allen wrench, and thumbscrews (for light applications). Pliers and tip kits are neatly packed in a blow-molded carrying case. Guaranteed forever.

Just the same as Snap-on, Channel Lock, and many other brands, but the cheapest of them all! They work fantastic! Snap Ring pliers are not something to go cheap on, and after using a cheap pair of snap ring pliers to rebuild an axle (later the snap rings failed because the cheap pliers stressed them too much), I bought these nice ones to do the job correctly in the future (and have used them to much success). I normally don't like snap ring pliers with interchangeable tips, but these are fantastic as there is zero flex/movement of the tip. DON'T GO CHEAP, get these snap ring pliers! These are THE BEST snap ring pliers ever!

Craftsman Professional 3-Pc. Internal/External Convertible Retaining Ring Pliers are a great set of snap ring pliers for your tool box. The sizes will cover, the majority of your shop and repair needs. The tips are replaceable which is a plus and prolongs the life of the snap ring plier set. The thumb switch makes it very easy to switch form external to internal modes for whatever, the job at hand calls for. The tips are very strong and can handle the tensions of the snap rings, even when they are rusted in place. Using these Craftsman Professional snap ring pliers, makes the joob of installing or removing snap rings a simple, tasks. I use these snap ring pliers for working on lawn tractors, tillers, vehicles, tire locks, 4-wheelers, quads, sand buggys and much more. The snap ring pliers are strong, even under pressure & do not twist or spring in awkward angles that causes you to loose your snap ring. They are tough and stable and do not twist when put under a load. I recommend this Craftsman Professional snap ring plier set to anyone that has a tool box.

I got tired of buying the individual sized pliers and I saw this set here. It fits everything I've ever worked on before. I'm an aircraft mechanic and I use tools every day. These things saved me time on my job by the simple sliding of the switch and I switch from internal to external. I don't think I'll ever have to buy another retaining ring plier again!
